A consultation is recommended prior to any treatment. During this time, we discuss your skin concerns, current skincare routine, and provide personalised product recommendations. This enables us to create a tailored treatment plan for the most effective results. However, please note that a consultation is mandatory when booking certain advanced treatments.
New clients can book any of the treatments except the body Green Peel ®, Medical Microneedling or Meso-Microneedling treatment. These specific treatments require an in-depth consultation and a mandatory patch test for the Green Peel ®. If you book any of the treatments mentioned, your appointment will be cancelled.
RESTRICTIONS
DEPOSIT
To secure your booking, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required. This is deducted from the overall price of the treatment. Balance must be paid by card or bank transfer after treatment, unless stated otherwise.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The price of any service or product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We take credit card, debit card, Paypal and bank transfer payment for all services and products purchased, unless stated otherwise.
RESCHEDULE
Appointments cannot be cancelled, only rescheduled or amended ONCE ONLY. To reschedule or amend your appointment, we require 48 hours notice; failure to do so will result in the loss of deposit and a new booking will need to be made.
LATE POLICY
Please come to your appointment on time; we ask that clients arrive at least ten minutes before their appointment to complete any necessary registration documentation. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. There is a 10 minutes grace period; lateness over 10 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and deposit lost.
